Brokebackizing the movie world

OK, so I already linked to the faux preview of Romance of the Jedi, in which Star Wars Ep. 3 is given the Brokeback Mountain treatment.

On that entry, an anonymous commenter provided a link to Harry Potter & The Goblet of Fire getting the same treatment. ("Don't ask, don't spell.")

Yesterday [info]kalquessa pointed out this preview for Brokeback to the Future, which is something I never thought I would see, and indeed which would have never have entered my mind (but was funny all the same).

And now I stumbled across The Empire Brokeback, which, being about droid love, is so, so wrong. (And yes. Funny too.)

I don't have time to go searching around the web for any more of these, so how about you guys just bring them to me? Come on, let's get them all out of the closet--all the Brokeback-ized false previews lurking around out there--just post links here. Thank you. You are my density.

At least they're not calling it the Sam and Frodo treatment any more . . .

Theonering.net had this one a few days ago: Brokeback Mount Doom.

Ah, thank goodness. I would have worried if nobody had done one for Sam and Frodo. It's even sweet...until those last couple jokes, that is. *facepalm* :)

To be fair, the "sticky" line was on your list of lines that could be taken out of context.

The Rabies shot was a little . . . yeah.

True, I thought of that. :) And I might have made it almost as raunchy if I had been the editor...one never knows. Though I probably would have skipped the rabies bit.

I just figured this collection of comments would suffice as the list. :)

That "Goblet of Fire" one was on a show called "The Soup" - I've seen the entire clip and even have it on ye olde laptop *G*.

What I do NOT see in ANY of this is a "Pirates of the Brokeback" - is there any such thing??

Huh, good point. Seems it would be an obvious contender.

And yet no-one seems to have come up with what I think would be an obvious contender - Brokeback Mountie - The Due South Parody. Would work best for seasons 3 & 4 with all the innuendos they came up with for those two series but...yeah.

That Harry Potter one is hysterical. My brother was convinced that Ron was pissed because Harry was getting a lot of attention from Cho and Cedric.
